Ok I might be an oxymoron.. but I bet there are more of you like me! I am a food lover for sure.. some may say food snob ha!
But I am also serious about fitness! I do not want to be unhealthy but I also don't see myself eating raw nuts and vegetables ONLY for the rest of my life..
so here it goes.. I am sharing with you all my passion and knowledge for all things food and fitness! And maybe we might add in a few random thoughts perhaps!
