workout of the DAY

 7 minutes of HELL
grab a 10-20 # dumbell

all you have to do is squat (proper chest out, weight in heels..)

Pick up weight off floor with 1 hand, stand up and simultaiously reach toe weight to the sky.
squat down and bring it down, switch hands and repeat.

7 minutes
1 minute on 30 seconds off.

oh ya

dear whomever..do NOT go to Kid Shelleens and order the turkey burger unless you get it AS IS...
avocado, sprouts, pepper relish.. the olny allowance I am giving you is ..change to multigrain if you would like maybe add cheese if you must! but do not change it too much it is SO GOOD
