7 minutes of HELL
grab a 10-20 # dumbell
all you have to do is squat (proper chest out, weight in heels..)
Pick up weight off floor with 1 hand, stand up and simultaiously reach toe weight to the sky.
squat down and bring it down, switch hands and repeat.
7 minutes
1 minute on 30 seconds off.

Ok I might be an oxymoron.. but I bet there are more of you like me! I am a food lover for sure.. some may say food snob ha! But I am also serious about fitness! I do not want to be unhealthy but I also don't see myself eating raw nuts and vegetables ONLY for the rest of my life.. so here it goes..
