workout of the DAY

 7 minutes of HELL
grab a 10-20 # dumbell

all you have to do is squat (proper chest out, weight in heels..)

Pick up weight off floor with 1 hand, stand up and simultaiously reach toe weight to the sky.
squat down and bring it down, switch hands and repeat.

7 minutes
1 minute on 30 seconds off.
